The Durham Foundation
As a result of the generosity of Sarah Durham, The Durham Foundation was established in 1944 to maintain her magnificent home, called Durham Home, to be a safe, flexible, affordable home for women.
Since then, The Durham Foundation's mission has expanded Sarah's legacy to be so much more. From sponsoring annual scholarships for women in the community, advancing initiatives that support, empower, and inspire women of all ages, to thoughtful investments in community partnerships that align with our mission, we are committed making a positive difference in the lives of women.
